I had my first Spinal flow session with Ian in December 2025 after a recommendation from a friend. I had tried lots of different modalities without success for back pain, surgery pain, long term chronic pain, car accident, endometriosis surgery.

I felt different, amazing, tense, heavy, pressurised then calm. Now I feel taller, less pain all over my body. I’m smiling and can talk to people instead of cringing at the thought.

He explained the process to me carefully and I felt safe and comfortable.

I had an amazing day at Bullfrog Gully Retreat last Sunday, where our host from ‘Renew & Nourish’ and Ian from ‘All in the Breath’ collaborated to give us a memorable day … 🌲✨

The morning was spent forest bathing with Sue, who guided us through a peaceful, tranquil setting. Included were meditations, stillness & forest awareness. 

After a delicious lunch we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon of breath work hosted by Ian, where we reconnected with our mind, body & spirit. Ian also guided us through a chakra activation. 

Both Sue & Ian were amazing hosts & teachers, where every care was taken to give us a memorable experience.

In December 2025 I had severe back issues including Scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis, restrictions to the spinal cord, disc damage, spurs, osteoporosis in vertebrae, sciatica and nerve pain.

Digestive issues

A surgeon had suggested fusion and other treatments. Ian suggested I try Spinal flow treatment first.

I have had ongoing spinal flow treatment through to now (February 2026) My pain has reduced to negligible and I have withdrawn from the surgery list.

Ian has helped me immensely. My pain has reduced to negligible, and quality of life has improved. I cannot thank him enough for his treatments and guidance.

Before my first initial appointment, I had seen very brief demonstrations of Spinal Flow Technique at wellbeing expos and online. I had tried other modalities in the past with varying degrees of success.

When Ian offered me the opportunity to experience Spinal Flow, it had been a very difficult year to date. After my health and chemical reactiveness had seen me become almost totally isolated due to ongoing migraines and concussion from the migraines as the sensitivity increased.

I had little knowledge and no expectations of the outcome except to allow myself to be open to the process.

From the first session I felt my mind, body and spirit become calmer. The whole process was gentle, and relaxing and my body felt like it understood what it naturally needed to do. My constant neck and facial tightness eased and with each following session I felt like my body has continued to let go of stored toxins and emotions and physically my body feels more relaxed and grounded. I had not expected to have not had another full-blown migraine once starting the sessions, after suffering for over 30 years. The chemical sensitivity has reduced and I cabn now be exposed without the same triggers or fears that impacted my life so much. I can think clearer and have more energy.

My face looks more alert and alive and people I haven’t seen for a while have commented that I look better.

I am so very grateful for Ian’s kindness and for the way he gently leads the sessions. The positive impact this has had on my health and life has far exceeded what I thought might be possible.

I am excited to see what further sessions bring. I feel lighter, happier, healthier and so very very grateful for all Ian has done and for the hope Spinal Flow Technique has shown me is possible.
